Products
RECYC LEATHER retains ownership of its products until full and final payment of the purchase price. Each product presented on our website is accompanied by a description that includes details, price and reference. Please note that some elements linked to products are not contractual. RECYC LEATHER declines all responsibility for any errors or omissions.
Order
You can choose products as long as they are in stock. RECYC LEATHER will keep you informed of their availability until your order is confirmed. In the event of stock shortage, you will receive an e-mail and will be able to cancel or be reimbursed if payment has already been made. You can modify your basket before confirming your order. The order is confirmed once payment has been accepted.
PRICE
All prices displayed on our website are in euros for Europe, taxes included. Delivery charges are not included in these prices and will be communicated to you at one of the stages of your order, before it is validated. Please note that prices may change at any time. The price of your items will be that in force at the time you place your order and proceed to payment.
Payment delays
All purchases must be paid for. Any unpaid balance will incur late payment penalties equivalent to three times the legal interest rate. If payment is not made within two weeks, the sale will be cancelled, and RECYC LEATHER reserves the right to claim damages.
SHIPPING
RECYC LEATHER's delivery terms include several important elements:
Delivery times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen. Generally, delivery takes between 3 and 10 working days, but this may vary according to circumstances.
Delivery costs: Costs depend on destination, package weight and delivery method. Exact costs are indicated at the time of ordering.
Order tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link to follow your package.
International delivery: Francs-Bourgeois delivers to many countries. However, customs fees or taxes may apply, depending on the regulations of the destination country.
Delivery address: Be sure to provide an accurate address to avoid delays or delivery problems.

- Rest of world : 5-7 working days
Returns and refunds
You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to change your mind or return a package that does not suit you. This can be done by bank transfer.
Exchanges are not accepted.
Intellectual property
Intellectual property All users must respect intellectual property rights. The entire site is the exclusive property of RECYC LEATHER. RECYC LE is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights associated with this site and has the exclusive right to use them. Any reproduction, distribution, sale or use for commercial purposes of the site content is prohibited without prior written authorization. This includes texts, images, logos and other elements present on the site. The use of the site, whether by downloading, transmission or for personal and private use, for non-commercial purposes, is strictly forbidden without explicit authorization. RECYC LEATHER cannot be held responsible for inconveniences associated with the use of the Internet, such as computer viruses or other cases of force majeure. If you have any problems or concerns regarding intellectual property, please contact our legal department or customer service for assistance.
Customer obligations
You must be at least 18 years old to order on our site. In order for your order to be processed correctly, please provide us with your full contact details (surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number). If you have any changes to make after placing an order, please contact us.
Force majeure
In the event of force majeure, the person concerned must inform us by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Legal warranties of conformity
- Article L211-4 of the French Consumer Code
The seller is obliged to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also liable for defects in conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when the latter has been made his responsibility by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.
- Article L211-5 of the French Consumer Code
To conform to the contract, the goods must :
Be fit for the use normally expected of similar goods and, where applicable :
correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
have the qualities that a purchaser may legitimately expect, having regard to public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, particularly in advertising or labelling.
Or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and accepted by the latter.

Any action resulting from a lack of conformity must be brought within two years of delivery of the goods.
Warranty against hidden defects
- Article 1641 of the French Civil Code
The seller is liable for any hidden defects in the item sold which render it unfit for its intended use, or which impair this use to such an extent that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lower price for it, had he been aware of them.
- Article 1648 of the French Civil Code
The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years of discovery of the defect. In the case provided for in Article 1642-1, the action must be brought, on pain of foreclosure, within one year of the date on which the seller can be discharged of the apparent defects or lack of conformity.

The contract may not be rescinded or the price reduced if the seller undertakes to repair the defect.
