Recyc Leather™ was honored to attend the Future Fabrics Exhibition once again, this time in London. On June 25th and 26th 2024, we exhibited for the fourth year in a row. Given our longstanding collaboration with The Sustainable Angle team, we were expecting a positive experience, but this year was truly an impactful moment for us.
The exhibition provided us with the perfect platform to introduce Pelinova®, our new next-gen material, to the UK market. After its launch in France in February 2024, presenting it here marked an important step towards expanding and connecting with new audiences.
Being part of a community of leading innovators showcasing over 90% sustainable materials was a great honor that additionally enhanced the potential of Pelinova® as a next-generation material.
This year’s focus wasn’t just on fashion—it included interior design for the first time, opening unexpected possibilities for us to explore new applications of our material.
What always makes this exhibition an unique experience is the energy and attitude of the attendees. The enthusiasm and commitment of students and teachers from well-known institutions such as the London College of Fashion and Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design was particularly inspiring.
Seeing their passion and curiosity reminds us why this event is so important—it’s not just about fashion or design, it’s about shaping a movement that grows stronger each year.
The pursuit towards circularity and sustainability is changing the fashion industry, becoming the only way forward.
